Children's Yoga & Mindfulness 

Sunday March 12, 1-3PM

 In this two hour workshop, children will be introduced to yoga through poses, breathing techniques, games, songs, and crafts and activities to inspire creativity and positive thinking and build self esteem.


The goal will also be to provide kids with tools they can use to help ease stress that children face in our often over stimulating world.This workshop is for ages 5-8 years (give or take according to child needs).


We have a second planned for Sunday, March 26th, same time,

for ages 9-12 years.
