Primordial Sound Meditation

We are excited at Lala to be hosting this meditation workshop led by friend and fellow yogi Shari Samson

Practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a way to connect to the innate intelligence of the body.
Primordial Sound Meditation uses the sounds of nature, called a mantra, to disconnect from the activity of daily life and quiet the mind. It is quite literally one of the easiest forms of meditation to learn and develop into a consistent daily practice, yet one of the most powerful! 

This workshop is perfect for beginners new to the concept of meditation as well as those of us who have been discouraged by past attempts to develop a meditation practice. It's also fun for experienced practitioners interested in new technique.

Sign up in person or online. Dress comfortably and bring a pillow or cushion as well as light blanket and/or sweater as room will be air conditioned.  Yogi tea will be served :)
