Kundalini / Reiki

Saturday, September 23 at one o'clock!  This will be a synthesis of kundalini  kriya (asana) and meditation, followed with guided imagery, gong savasana, and a personalized reiki treatment from friend, fellow teacher and reiki master Rebecca Schaeffer.  Rebecca lives and teaches in Boca, but has played her gong for us here before, and she's excited to return and to share reiki at our studio.  Reiki is an energetic practice that Rebecca will be using to help us tune in to the wisdom of the heart, release negativity and unuseful patterns of thought and behavior, and help promote balance and peace within.
